Overview

Virtual Tutor is an online based educational learning app where a student studies alongside school can continue studying in online.

Problem:

  • Difficulty to find a experienced tutor.

  • Lack of understanding in batch tuition.

  • Timing and availability are difficult to match.

  • The class schedule is not fixed.

  • Many times hiring offline tutor is too costly.

  • Communicating with tutor is often difficult.


Solution:

  • Provides multiple filtering options.

  • Will provide one-to-one teaching.

  • Can take class online and set schedule as needed.

  • An adjustable routine based on a calendar.

  • Competitive fees structure.

  • Can communicate easily via audio and video calls

Goal:

A student can find a tutor easily and enrol in live classes at a time that is convenient for them. On the other side a Tutor can take classes online based on his or her availability.

Impect:

Through the UX case study, we've unearthed critical pain points experienced by our users. Armed with these insights, we've crafted powerful design solutions that promise to elevate the Virtual Tutor platform's user experience to unprecedented levels.
